In order to make a long story short I met Luis over 1 yr ago, but do to my first impression when I met him, I went back and looked for him, since I was ready to sell my condo. Luis is always available, great plus. Straight to the point and to an end goal, selling my property for the highest amount possible and making it happen in the shortest time frame. Time frame less than 50 days to be sold starting from the time we met, signed contract to represent me as a seller, professional pictures taken of my condo, condo listed on HAR, condo under contract, bang sold !!! Additionally Luis help my wife and myself to find a great lease on an apartment in the same are we just sold our condo. Everything works smoothly as it can be. Thanks Luis.
Luis helped me with one of my rental properties in Montrose. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find a tenant at the right time and the right price.
